On-site response in the event of a critical outage is immediate.  Our engineers will stay onsite until the situation is under control even if this is out of business hours.

Replacement kit is available for use during this period at no charge.  Loan equipment is also available to bridge the gap between failure and replacement. Laptops, desktops, servers, printers we have every conceivable piece of equipment immediately available.

We manage the entire IT infrastructure including any relationships you have with third parties such as ISP’s or software providers.

We can be contacted immediately by telephone, email, sms, or via our web based call logging system.

We are so confident of the service level we provide that we offer all new customers three months gold service with no commitment at all.
